Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Can your battery be delivered by sea and air?
Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We have MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Q2. Can I fast charge my battery?
Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful for the battery life and stability.
Q3. Can I do a partial replacement of my batteries?
Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended. It is best to replace the entire bank to ensure balanced performance.
Q4. How about your delivery time usually?
About 7 days for stock products, around 20 days for half container products, and 30 days for 20ft full container products.
Q5. How does your factory control the quality?
We adopt the ISO 9001 system. Quality is managed through Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Production Quality Control (PQC) including in-process and full inspections, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).
Q6. Why does the battery have different capacity at different hour rates?
Capacity is dependent on the discharge current. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge current (like a 2-hr rate).
